When the Last White Petals Fall- poem

When the last white petals fall

And all hope of spring is gone,

The birds in their nests will call

Where have the white lilies gone?

The man who once stood tall

Will be master of all but his own.

He will plant himself by sun fall

And grow wan leaves all alone.

Only then will light pierce smoke wall

And shine golden string on spring and stone.
